No additional AE; HCP reports 1 year old received post expiry dose of VARIVAX on 12/17/2025. Dose is supported per post expiry memo. No adverse effects reported. No additional AE. No PQC.; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and refers to a 1-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 17-Dec-2025, the patient was vaccinated with and expiry dose of Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX), (lot #X026320, expiration date: 07-Nov-2025), dose number 1, (Single Dose); diluted with a sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT), (lot # and expiration date were not reported), administered as prophylaxis. The reporter confirmed that the patient received a post expiry dose of Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) and the dose was supported per post expiry memo. No adverse effects were reported.
