Symptom narrative

Tell very lightheaded and brain fog. On the third day, I woke up and could hardly stand up because I was very dizzy. My body was pale .My lips had barely any color for days. Endocarditis- went to the emergency room twice. . I still do not feel back to normal. Still have deizzy spells have severe brain fog and headaches. Get physically exhausted way quicker than ever before. Do not feel as healthy as I did before this shot. **Hoping there was not a medication mix up and I received a incorrect medication.
