Symptom narrative

Cough, sputum, post nasal drip, small amount of breathlessness due to congested breathing, a type of bronchitis it felt like, sore throat, red tonsils and uvula.

Current illness

Off and on cough.

Medical history

Diabetes Type 2. Hashimoto's hypothyroid. Sarcoidosis. Lymphedema.

Other medications

Azithromycin, amoxicillin, Pred-Pac

Allergies

Idiopathic allergies with accompanying hives and angioedema. Anaphylactic allergic reaction to antibiotic Vancomycin. Have had angioedema reactions to ibuprofen.

Lab data

Regular lab work, CBC and BMP, came back normal.
