Symptom narrative

Missed dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received in 2025). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Missed dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. The patient reported that she had received the first dose of Shingrix last year, but she never received the second dose. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
