Symptom narrative

The patient passed out for 3-5 minutes about 60 seconds after receiving the vaccine. No signs of anaphylaxis. No redness/bruising around the injection site. After about 3 minutes, the patient was responsive. After 10 minutes, the patient was fully responsive, alert, and oriented.
