Rash on left arm red, hot and Itchy. Fever, chills, temperature, pinching whole body, blood pressure and pulse high, dark smelly urine- all these as per patient. Doctor prescribed mometasone 0.1 % cream and clotrimazole/betamethasone 1-0.05% cream on 01/06/26
