13-year-old male child received a first dose of "valent-4 HPV vaccine" on 19JUL2023 and is now in office today 15DEC2025 to receive the second dose in the series.; No other AE; This spontaneous report was received from a physician and refers to a currently 13-year-old male patient. The patient's medical history, past medications, concomitant medications and concurrent conditions were not reported. On 19-Jul-2023, the patient was vaccinated with Quadrivalent Human Papillomavirus (Types 6, 11, 16, 18) Recombinant Vaccine (manufacturer unknown) suspension for injection (reported as "valent-4 HPV vaccine") (exact dose, route of administration, anatomical location, lot# and expiry date were not reported), for prophylaxis. On 15-Dec-2025 (reported also as today), the patient came to the office to receive the second dose in the series (Inappropriate schedule of product administration). Since the second dose was missed entirely within the recommended timeframe (6 to 12 months after the initial dose) within the PI, the series would be restarted with GARDASIL 9 that day (reported as today). No other adverse event was reported. Lot# is being requested and will be submitted if received.
