Patient developed pain/rash 4 days after injection. Clinically, patient has zoster.

T1DM, HTN, ASCVD, CHF, GERD with Barrett's, RA, bullous pemphigoid, CKD stage 3/metabolic acidosis, anemia, B12 deficiency, hyperlipidemia, seasonal allergies
