Symptom narrative

With in approximately four hours after vaccination I began experiencing a (sharp pain) in my left shoulder. To relieve the painI took one ibuprofen 200 mg gel capsule.The pain was relieved but it caused chronic pain in my left shoulder. On approximately November 07, 2025, I began experiencing a server (dull pain) in my left shoulder going through my carotid artery to the back of my nick. Again I took one Ibuprofen 200 mg gel capsule. The pain was relieved but it left me with a crick in my nick for approximately one week and chronic pain in my left shoulder. On 01/08/2026, during my doctors appointment with Dr; I was prescribed (METHYLPRED) 4MG PAK EPI QTY 21. To this date I still have chronic pain in my left
