Patient called us on 1/8/26 to inform us that early this morning at 3:45am on 1/8/26 he awoke from sleep due to shaking head to toe. This was occurring on and off for one hour. The patient never lost consciousness and had awareness of the entire event. He did not have a fever, was not hot nor cold during the event, and did not have any other symptoms. He did not endorse any muscle aches or spasms, just full body shaking. He could move during this, but did not get up because he did not feel comfortable walking or moving so he did not fall. He has never had this happen before. He did not have any other changes he felt would precipitate this event. No missed doses of medication, no other new medications started. After the event subsided, he did throw up. No other events have happened since then and when reported to us at 1:00pm on 1/8. He does not have any injection site reaction.
