Dizziness

Symptom narrative

Patient received Fluzone and Boostrix vaccines and while waiting sitting out in front of the Pharmacy as instructed, she experimented dizziness. She was brought inside the Clinical Services room and received attention. She was sitting in a chair with legs elevated using another chair, we provided cold packs for neck area and took BP which was WNL. At approximately 10 minutes after, she started to feel better and was dismissed.
