Symptom narrative

Per patient she has been experiencing pain in her left arm since she received her shingles vaccine on 12/12/25. She states the pain radiates to her left shoulder blade and under the arm. Per patient, she is not able to sleep on her left side. She also c/o tingling of her left hand. The symptoms are intermittent and states they are getting better. Patient was seen at a local urgent care and was recommended an OTC medication for pain and swelling. Patient could not recall the name but states the medication takes care of the pain.
