No additional AE; Improper storage of product in use; This Spontaneous report was received from Nurse and referred to a 13 -year-old Female patient. Her medical history was not reported. Her past medications were not reported. Her concomitant medications were not reported. On 04-Sep-2025, the patient was vaccinated with an improper stored dose of Human Papillomavirus Nonavalent (GARDASIL 9), prefilled syringe, (Batch/Lot Number: Y015179, expiration date: 28-Jan-2027), 2nd dose, administered via Intramuscular (Anatomical Site: Left Deltoid) as prophylaxis. It was mentioned that multiple temperature excursions occurred between 02-SEP-2025 and the vaccination date, as a result of a digital data logger (improper storage of product in use).
