Symptom narrative

forgot at the time to get the 2nd dose of Shingrix; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a elderly male patient who did not received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose received on 20-JAN-2016). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: forgot at the time to get the 2nd dose of Shingrix). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 06-JAN-2026 The patient self-reported this case for himself. Patient reported that he received the first dose of Shingrix vaccine in the left arm at a local pharmacy. The Lot and Exp were not provided because it was unknown. Patient reported he forgot at the time to get the second dose of Shingrix due to medical reasons not related to the vaccine but to previous medical conditions. Patient inquired, should he get the second dose of Shingrix or start the series again.
