A female patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), on 04Jan2026 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: VOMITING (non-serious) with onset Jan2026, outcome "unknown", described as "a couple hours later she was throwing up"; DIARRHOEA (non-serious) with onset Jan2026, outcome "not recovered", described as "having diarrhea really bad"; NAUSEA (non-serious) with onset Jan2026, outcome "recovered" (Jan2026). Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of vomiting, diarrhoea, nausea. Additional information: Patient reported that she took the vaccine Sunday afternoon and a couple hours later she was throwing up and having diarrhea really bad. She was feeling great before the vaccine. She got medicine from the emergency room yesterday morning. The nausea has stopped but she has to continue taking the medicine so the nausea doesn't come back. However, nothing is stopping the diarrhea, and one of the side effects of the medicine that they gave her is also diarrhea. No follow-up attempts are possible.
