Symptom narrative

I took a shower that night and had a few hives on my torso. I woke up at 5:30 am and rolled over on my right arm where I had my vaccination. Suddenly my whole body broke out it itchy hives. I sat up and my tongue and throat started to swell a lot. I took a Zyrtec and eventually the swelling started to die down, but the adrenaline shocks were very uncomfortable. Ever since, my oral allergy syndrome has been hyperactive to any food that I can normally tolerate.
