Symptom narrative

No other AE; Medical assistant called and report an AE in which a 4-year-old female patient was inadvertently administered GARDASIL 9.; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and refers to 4-year-old female patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 09-Dec-2025, the patient was inadvertently vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) (valid lot #Y013818, expiration date: 12-Feb-2027) 0.5 mL as prophylaxis (product administered to patient of inappropriate age). No other adverse event (AE) was reported.
