No additional AE; ROTATEQ which underwent a temperature excursion were administered; This spontaneous report was received from a physician assistant and referred to a 6-month-old male patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's past medications were not reported. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. On 18-Nov-2025, the patient was vaccinated with the second dose of an improperly storage dose of Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent Oral solution (ROTATEQ) (Lot Number: 2096656, Expiration date: 19-Apr-2026) via oral for prophylaxis (Improper storage of product in use). Temperature excursion occurred as a result of a reading from a Data Logger. No additional adverse event was reported. This is one of several reports from the same reporter.
