During the call, the nurse stated that one dose was administered to one patient on 29-DEC-2025; This spontaneous report was received from a Nurse and refers to a 1-year-old female patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. The MMR-II had excursions that occurred on 07-DEC-2025 and 29-DEC-2025. Temperature: 10.8C. Time frame: 1 Hour. Previous temperature excursion: Yes (11.5C for 2 hours 0 Minutes Seconds). On 29-Dec-2025, the patient was vaccinated with 1 dose of Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II), Injection (lot #Z004812, expiration date: 20-Feb-2027) with sterile diluent for prophylaxis (Improper storage of product in use). Confirmed no symptomatic adverse events (no adverse event). Follow up was received from the nurse on 07 Jan 2026. Historical drugs included Pneumococcal vaccine conj 20v (CRM197) (2 doses).
