she passed out; This spontaneous report was received from an employee via social media and refers to a female patient of unknown age. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, the patient was vaccinated with a dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) (dose, route of administration, vaccination site, lot # and expiration date were not reported) administered for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient passed out (loss of consciousness). No additional adverse event (AE) and no product quality complaint (PQC) was noted. At the time of reporting, she was fine. Therefore, the outcome was considered to be recovered. The causal relationship between the reported adverse event and Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) was not reported. Upon internal review, the event of loss of consciousness was determined to be medically significant.
