Co-suspect products included Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. In JAN-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. In JAN-2025, 2 days after receiving Shingrix and not applicable after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced pruritus (Verbatim: Itchy/ itchiness on his upper body and arms). On an unknown date, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: late dose/ not yet received his second dose of Shingrix). The patient was treated with Steroids. The outcome of the pruritus was not resolved and the outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. It was unknown if the reporter considered the pruritus to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the pruritus to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 07-JAN-2026 The patient reported that he received his first dose of Shingrix in January of last year. Two days after the dose, he broke out and had itchiness on his upper body and arms. It eventually moved to his legs as well. The patient was given 6 tubes of steroid ointment to treat it. He was also given medication (name unknown) 3 pills each day for 3 days, then 2 pills each day for 3 days, then 1 pill each day for 3 days. The patient's doctors had not given him a diagnosis for the itching. Itching had not resolved. The patient had not yet received his second dose of Shingrix. Till the time of reporting, the patient did not receive the second dose of Shingrix, which led to incomplete course of vaccination.
