we administered a FluLaval, but it was only partially administered; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of accidental underdose in a 5-year-old female patient who received Flu Seasonal TIV Quebec (FluLaval 2025-2026 season) (batch number 2T543, expiry date 30-JUN-2026) for prophylaxis. On 07-JAN-2026, the patient received FluLaval 2025-2026 season. On 07-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving FluLaval 2025-2026 season, the patient experienced accidental underdose (Verbatim: we administered a FluLaval, but it was only partially administered).
