Shoulder pain at site of injection beginning at approximately 24 hours after injection with subsequent development of painful tingling and limited active range of motion. Pain reaches 9/10. Pain waxes and wanes. Now present for nearly 2 months. Tenderness to palpation over site and surrounding soft tissue. No palpable mass or fluctuance. Treatment includes ice, rest, gentle stretching exercises while awaiting orthopedic evaluation. Refilled tramadol due to this pain in addition to acute knee pain due to more recent fall.
Cervical radiculopathy, primary hypertension, GERD, severe obesity, mixed hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia w/o current signs of gouty arthritis, mild depression, generalized anxiety disorder, environmental and seasonal allergies, vitamin d deficiency, carpal tunnel syndrome, OSA, chronic low back pain with radiculopathy, chronic fatigue, intermittent hypokalemia.
