Symptom narrative

Patient reports about 2 hours after getting the Bexsero vaccine, the left arm started to get itchy and a red rash started to spread from the site of the injection down to the elbow and up the side of the neck. Patient took benadryl and it helped alleviate the symptoms.

Current illness

Patient had been diagnosed with the flu on 12/21/2025, but symptoms had resolved by the time of visit. Patient also with some irregular menses and abnormal uterine bleeding at time of vaccination.

Depression, obesity, asthma, migraines, prediabetes, irregular menses
