Symptom narrative

Approximately 10 minutes after receiving Typhim Vi, child became lethargic, diaphoretic, and reported nausea. Vital signs were within normal limits, no s/s of anaphylaxis. Symptoms did not improve with rest and child was transported to Hospital Center via EMS for further evaluation.
