Rash

Symptom narrative

Patient developed a rash on her neck, back, and the Left side of her rib cage the same day as the immunization. The following day the rash was spread to her hairline. 1/9/2026 mother states the rash looks about the same, not as itchy, and no other symptoms. Patient is eating and playing fine.
