Symptom narrative

Expired vaccine was given by MA. Expiration date 6/2025. Patient had no reaction or symptoms form expired vaccine. Patient was checked on 12/18/2025, 12/22/2025 and 12/30/2025. Recommended by CDC, Sanofi Pasteur and MD to re vaccinated with valid influenza vaccine ASAP. A valid vaccine was given in the patient Left arm by intramuscular route on 12/22/2025 per recommendations. Check on patient 12/30/2025 no symptoms or reactions. Event has been submitted to Sanofi Pasteur.
