Injection site nodule

Symptom narrative

Patient received vaccine and had no immediate reaction. Following day patient developed firm nodule at injection site. Parent denies redness, discomfort, radiating heat. Parent noted swelling of nodule localized and not general to the thigh. Parent states reaction took 1 month to resolve
