Pt received hepatitis B (heplisav) and PCV20 (lot # LC5483) vaccines to left deltoid on 1/5/26 administered by RN. Pt called today, 1/9/26, and spoke to this RN, and reported numbness/decreased sensation to left thumb that started the evening of the day he received the vaccines. Pt has performed ROm exercises with arm and hand that have not improved his symptoms. He notes that when his arm is down the symptoms are at their maximum, but when he puts his hand up the symptoms improve but do not resolve.
