Symptom narrative

Mother reports progressive redness, warmth, and tenderness at both injection sites since immunizations two days ago. The areas feel warmer than surrounding skin and are tender to touch. The larger (left) lesion has continued to spread rapidly. No drainage noted. No streaking erythema, but is warm and painful to touch, and firm to touch, no systemic fevers. cephALEXin 250 mg/5 mL oral suspension 9.1 mL 2 times a day for 7 days
