Symptom narrative

Administered Abrysvo by accident. Should have administered beyfortus because patient is an infant. Called CDC. Parents informed of error. Patient not experiencing any adverse symptoms. Contacted CDC. No safety concerns but will need to be administered correct RSV vaccine at a later date. Provider notified of Error as well. Patient's mother will call with any concerns.
