The patient's relevant medical history included: "lost hearing" (unspecified if ongoing); "disabled veteran" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The patient reported contacting the company to try to find out what their doctor does not know what to do, stating that the physician only told the patient was on a "COVID long hauler." The patient stated that they kept asking what could be done to help, but reported that all they received were letters asking them to answer questions. The patient stated, "I just want some help. I want to get over of this." Additionally, the patient reported that when standing up and walking, their blood pressure goes sky high. The patient stated that they have to sit down for about five minutes for their blood pressure to return to normal. No follow-up attempts are possible.
