Symptom narrative

Went to bed at 00:00 with mild-severe itching on tops of both hands and up to my elbow. Woke at 06:30 with severe itching and red blotchy rash on both hands, arms, stomach, back, legs, and feet. Took Benadryl at 08:00. Itching progressed after this and went to PCP at 09:00. Received a steroid shot at 09:30. Took a nap from 11:30-16:00. When I woke I had red dots on all the same areas with Severe itching. I took another Benadryl and an Aveeno oatmeal bath at 17:00 and have little to no itching at this time (18:50).
