No additional AE/No PQC.; an 18 year old male patient was inadvertently administered two doses of GARDASIL 9; This spontaneous report was received from a Licensed Practical Nurse and refers to a 18-year-old male patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. During a routine vaccination appointment on 08-JAN-2026 (also reported as: today), the patient was inadvertently administered two doses (vaccine overdose) of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) 0.5 ml, lot #Y019751, expiration date: 16-Feb-2027, "Two or Three Doses", for prophylaxis when they were present with their twin sibling who was due to receive one of the two doses (strength, dose number, route and anatomical location were not provided) for prophylaxis. Nurse stated that the administration occurred due to an error in processing the patient for vaccination and confirmed the patient has not experienced any medical concerns or symptoms at this time.
