Symptom narrative

Shot administered at 11am 01/08/2026. Immediately felt dizzy, blurred vision, heart rate spike (122bpm), clammy/cold sweaty extremities; these symptoms lasted 2 hours. 7pm I experienced sudden onset of extreme tiredness/sleepiness, body-wide muscle tightness and aches, and chills with NO fever. Took 2 standard acetaminophen and the symptoms gradually faded by 1am. The following morning, 1/9/2026, I felt completely fine, no symptoms at all besides minor lightheadedness. 6pm I urinated and noticed an extremely strong chemical odor from my urine, and it was a marigold yellow color. Immediately after I noticed a strong chemical taste in my mouth that nothing has gotten rid of. Subsequent urination has smelled justvas strongly and the taste has persisted until 1am, despite lots of hydration and tooth brushing.
