Symptom narrative

Patient got all 3 vaccines injected into her left arm. presented 2 days later with a small amount of redness in the area of vaccination and down to her left elbow. reported very minimal pain and heat and no itchiness. Recommended she utilize hydrocortisone cream if necessary to help with the site.
