Symptom narrative

The patient received the vaccine on 11/21/25 and reported skin reaction the next day. She monitored for a couple of days and then went to urgent care on 11/26/2025 . The doctor prescribed cephalexin antibiotic for 7 days. The skin reaction(cellulitis) resolved and the patient reports being fine now.
