Patient's husband says she has been complaining of a sore arm post HD flu shot 10/31/25. He clarified it was sore with no knot and initially some redness, with no shoulder involvement. He said it was the flu shot specifically, although she also received the covid-19 vaccination in the same arm using 2 separate injectsafe bandages to keep sites separate. I suggested she try to ice and move it around. He came back one other time this winter saying she was still in pain but it was just in the muscle, not going down her arm and not her shoulder. I looked up information and could only find shoulder bursitis related pain long term and he said it was not red or swollen or anything and definitely still in the injection site. He came by today and notified that she is still having soreness and is now not lifting it up without pain
