Symptom narrative

Patient reported that after she received her shot, the bottoms of her hands and feet started itching. As the evening went on, her hands and feet started to burn. She took an antihistamine for 2 days. She denies any shortness of breath, rash, hives, nausea, vomiting. I asked her if she had been around anyone diagnosed with hand, foot and mouth and she said no. She did not seek medical care for this.
