Symptom narrative

Pt had a Covid antibody test on 7-21-2021 at advise of his physician due to a mild illness several months previously. It was positive at 230 (negative less than 0.8) i.e. he had natural immunity and there was no benefit to obtaining the vaccine) He was pressured and did get first Covid vaccine on 8-10-2021. On 10-11-2021 his Covid antibody level had spiked to greater than 2500. On 10-14-2021 he had developed impaired vision in right eye and was diagnosed with central serous retinopathy by Eye Center. He was pressured to obtain second Covid Pfizer vaccine on 11-19-2021. He began having problems with progressive insomnia in early 2022.
