Symptom narrative

Patient reported to the pharmacy that within 4 hour after shots lasted almost 24 hours after shot, patient was running a fever (the highest 101.9 F), general malaise, and a very bad headache. The fever disappeared after 24 hours and the general malaise lasted for another 24 hours.
