Symptom narrative

Mother called a few hours after vaccination, reporting redness and swollen area around upper left arm after vaccination. It was recommended she sees child's pediatrician, which happened the next day 12/31/25. Two prescriptions were filled at my pharmacy. Hydrocortisone 2.5% cream to apply 3 times a day for itching and prednisolone sodium phosphate 18mg twice daily for 3 days to reduce reaction in arm area.
