Symptom narrative

Patient presented to pharmacy on 1/12/26 stating that starting 2 days prior redness appeared at the injection site and spread out about 3 inches and was itchy. However, at the time of presentation was improving. Patient denied any pain, warmth or pus. She has taken no medications in attempt to treat.
