Symptom narrative

The patient received a RSV vaccination on 12/15/2025. The injection was given too high on the arm and immediately caused pain for the patient. She ended up going to the ER on 12/30/2025 due to the pain. She reported that she also has been receiving physical therapy due to the injections.
