Symptom narrative

Patient had a grand mal seizure one week after receiving a Covid booster with a flu shot at once. This was his first seizure. It lasted 5 minutes and patient was unconscious for 2 minutes afterward. He was at work and his boss timed the event and rode in the ambulance with patient. Now, he is on seizure medication and is monitored closely by his new neurologist.

Medical history

Patient is a person on the autism spectrum and has co-morbid conditions, including ADHD, OCD, and anxiety.

Other medications

At this time, patient was taking vitamins including: multi for men, B, C, D, E, Zinc, Omegas, magnesium, probiotic, and elderberry.

Allergies

Sulfa drugs.

Lab data

Patient had an EEG and an MRI shortly after the event. Prior to the end of 2023.
