Symptom narrative

about 3-4 weeks after receiving hep A and hep B vaccine, started having generalized muscle pain, pain in the site of the injections, progressively some weakness and shortness of breath with exertion, some loss of appetite. Some neuropathy. Some constipation/slower GI transit. States that when he used to work out he used to be able to feel increased blood flow but feels like now there isn't enough oxygen and blood flow to the muscles. Has had continuous muscle pain and dyspnea on exertion since then (almost one year). Feels he is "Slowly dying" doesn't now what's wrong.
