Symptom narrative

Administered Comirnaty and Fluad vaccines 1/5/2026. When entering into database I noticed the patient already got the same Comirnaty formulation 9/6/2025 and the CDC hasn?t released guidance for a second dose for patients over 65 years of age. I also noticed he already got this season?s influenza vaccine in the form of Fluzone HD 9/6/2025. The patient was informed via phone 1/5/2026. He was instructed to wait until the 2026-27 Flu and COVID vaccine come out to get vaccinated again unless the CDC issues new instructions due to a new outbreak. A VAERS report was submitted. No adverse event has been reported by the patient.
