Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Medium, Systemic: Visual Changes/Disturbances-Medium, Additional Details: Patient scheduled for 3 vaccines, did not mention any needle phobia before 1st vaccination. After discussing vaccines and needles, patient stated feeling dizzy, asked for water, then became unresponsive, slumping in chair. Asked customer to have pharmacy team member call EMS. Pharmacy team lead and (security) blocked off area and asked patient questions until EMS arrived. Check BP 130/105 when patient was conscious. Patient refused EMS and had someone pick her up.
