Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Hypotension-Mild, Systemic: Shakiness-Mild, Additional Details: Pt was responsive when I found her but her nose was bleeding- she refused us calling EMS and refused medical attention. Pt stated this was not the first time she fainted from a vaccine and she "was ok". We stayed with patient and gave her medical supplies to clean her nose and bandage it. We also gave patient multiple cups of water until she was able to sit up, then stand up on her own. Checked her BP twice - was at pts "normal baseline" upon pt leaving (95/64, HR 60).
