Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: patient did not feel like needle went straight in at 90 degree angle into muscle and was concerned it was in subcutaneous tissue, wanted to report after going on 3rd day but still not resolved yet , ongoing
